-Ability to follow recipe instructions to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation technique and quality standards.

-Follow compliance with sanitation and safety requirements for culinary equipment and to assure usage is properly operated and maintained.
-Ability to walk, stand and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
-Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
-Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers.
-Culinary degree a plus, but not required/necessary.
