In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring products are received, handled, and stocked efficiently-keeping our store running smoothly and our shelves ready for guests. Key Responsibilities & Job Duties Receive, unload, temperature-check, and inspect incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy Verify shipments against invoices and purchase orders; quickly resolve discrepancies Communicate professionally with vendors and delivery drivers to coordinate and troubleshoot deliveries Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, case cutters, and forklifts Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled receiving area to support efficiency and safety Stock, rotate, and face products using FIFO (first-in, first-out) practices Monitor inventory levels and report low, damaged, or excess items Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times Support store operations during slower periods (stocking, cleaning, assisting other departments) Build product knowledge to better support teammates and contribute to overall store success Minimum Qualifications Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Previous experience in grocery, retail, or food service environments
