We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused Coffeehouse Specialist (Starbucks located inside Price Chopper) to join our team. Key Responsibilities & Job Duties Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, and food items to company recipe and presentation standards Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience Engage with guests, answer questions, and make product recommendations to enhance their visit and drive sales Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards Operate POS systems, scanners, and related equipment accurately Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and minimize waste Monitor inventory levels and communicate low or out-of-stock items to leadership Stay informed on promotions, seasonal beverages, and store initiatives Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support smooth daily operations Collaborate with other departments to support overall store performance and guest satisfaction Assist with cleaning, restocking, and prep work during slower periods Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies and procedures Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities Remain productive and support store readiness at all times Other job duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Previous experience in coffee, food service, grocery, or retail environments
