Key Responsibilities & Job Duties Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat visits Stock, rotate, and face products to maintain freshness, minimize waste, and ensure an appealing presentation Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked aisles to enhance the shopping experience and uphold store standards Assist guests with locating products, answering questions, and making recommendations Develop and maintain knowledge of store products, including features, pricing, and location to better support guests and drive sales Unload deliveries, break down shipments, and organize backstock efficiently and safely Monitor inventory levels and report low, excess, or damaged items to support product availability and reduce shrink Ensure proper product placement, pricing accuracy, and signage execution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote health, safety, and a professional appearance Follow all workplace safety, food safety, and sanitation standards Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and POS systems as needed Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and leadership to support efficient store operations Collaborate across departments to support storewide efficiency and guest hospitality goals Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, conduct, and dress code standards Support loss prevention efforts by staying alert and following proper procedures Participate in required trainings and continuous learning to support personal and team development Remain productive during slower periods by cleaning, organizing, restocking, or supporting other departments Other job duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience in grocery, retail, stocking, or warehouse environments
