General Maintenance Technician - Kansas City, KS

Description

At Balls Foods, our stores run on more than great products-they run on people who take ownership and do things right. The behind-the-scenes work matters just as much as what customers see, and that's where this role comes in.

Based out of our Support Office, you'll partner closely with store teams across multiple locations-responding to service needs, prioritizing what matters most, and helping maintain day-to-day operational continuity.

  • Operate ladders, lifts, and basic material handling equipment as needed
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Communicate effectively with store teammates, leadership, and vendors regarding service updates
  • Provide a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence while working in store environments

  • Support additional maintenance or facility-related needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
